Full Moon in Virgo, 2023

The Full Worm Moon in Virgo,  March 7th, 2023, at 7:40 am EST

Virgo is the Mutable Earth Sign, known for its attention to detail and ability to improve anything it touches.

All Full Moons bring things to a tipping point, a culmination or fulfillment. This Full Moon in Virgo brings a need to ground ourselves and examine what isn’t as perfect as we’d like it to be.

This Full Worm Moon squares Mars (in Gemini), the part of us that wants to take action. Neptune, the part of us that needs to find a way to connect to the Mystery, conjoins the Sun in Pisces and opposes the Moon as it also squares Mars. That’s a lot of pressurized energy with no clear path of release.

Under this Full Worm Moon, we may need to refrain from acting on our first impulse (especially in our communications) and create a way to go deep into the fertile inner soil of the Mystery.

Meditation, prayer, contemplation, gardening, or a walk in nature are all ways to re-connect to that part of us that gives purpose and meaning to the actions we take.
