Full Moon in Gemini, 2023

The Full Moon in Gemini on Monday, November 27th at 4:16 am EST is called the Frost Moon or the Beaver Moon.

Full Moons bring things to completion and in the days preceding the Full Moon, activity often speeds up.  Gemini is the Mutable Air Sign, it’s changeable, active, and embodies communication in all forms (conversations, travel, commerce, etc.).

Gemini is often called the social butterfly of the Zodiac. This Full Moon sits in opposition to Mars (Action) in Sagittarius (Exploration) — a VERY active combination!

The Moon is also completing a square aspect to Saturn (Responsibilities) in Pisces (Feelings) so there may be the urge to break free of constraints.

The holiday season usually brings on lots of social activity.  With this combination of influences we may feel in a hurry to get going and at the same time,  a bit overextended.

It’s a good time to refrain from overbooking our calendars, watch out for short tempers and take some time to reflect on what we need to stay rested and balanced.
